برنامج رسم بياني صغير الحجم لكن متعدد الوظائف سهل التركيب برسم على المستوي وفي الفضاء, يوجد النقط القصوى , التقاطع , أصفار أو جذور المعادلة المدخلة, يتيح للمستخدم بدائل لادخال المعادلة المراد رسمها بصورة صريحة أو ضمنية أو بارامترية والكثير من المميزات التي قلما توجد في برنامج بحجمه.

كتب البرنامج من قبل Richard Parris المعلم بأكاديمية فيليبس اكستر. البرنامج لا يحتاج تنصيب , بمجرد تحميله على جهازك , فك ضغط الملف إن كان مضغوط وضع الملف في أي دليل و بالنقر المزدزج افتح البرنامج.

شرح كامل لامكانيات البرنامج على http://faculty.matcmadison.edu/alehnen/winptut/winpltut.htm ومطلوب متبرع لتعريب محتوى هذا الملف. جدير بالذكر أن للجهة المنتجة للبرنامج برامج اخرى هندسية وجبرية وإحصائية وغيرها وكلها على نفس الطراز خفيفة وجيدة , ربما تجد ما يشير اليها على موقع البرنامج.
